When you answer the 13 intake questions, your answers are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our servers to generate your personalized checklist and letter templates. We do not store these answers. They are passed to Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate your results and discarded immediately after. Neither we nor Anthropic retain your answers beyond the time needed to produce your response.
The following is saved in local storage on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else:
Uninstalling the app permanently removes all of this data.
If you unlock letter templates, your payment is processed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android) using their native in-app purchase systems. Neither we nor RevenueCat — the service we use to manage purchase verification — ever see your credit card details. RevenueCat receives a random device identifier and your purchase history solely to verify that your device is entitled to the unlocked features.

Standard Vercel server logs (IP address, request timestamp) may be retained for up to 30 days per Vercel's standard data retention practices and are then automatically deleted.
This app is designed for adults managing estate administration. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly process information from children.
GDPR (EU/UK users): Because we don't store personal data on our servers, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or erase. For purchase data, exercise your rights directly with Apple (via your Apple ID) or Google (via your Google account).
CCPA (California residents): We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
